Participants in this workshop will learn the importance of developing math fluency by: Using Math Talks to enrich understanding of numeracy. Conducting an interview style assessment to help differentiate instruction. Implementing Reflex Math, an online math program, which helps students of all ability levels develop fluency with their basic facts.

Outcomes: Apply Math Talks in their own classrooms to develop number sense Assess students’ mental math skills to inform instruction Use Reflex Math, an online math program, to individualize instruction with ease
